Passionate about French gastronomy and wine, this chef found his ideal creative outlet here. Trained in Japan, he is devoted to pâté en croûte, a passion that earned him the title of world vice-champion in 2013. Today, he offers flavorful seasonal cuisine, enhanced by a touch of creativity.
